I apologize for the delay in continuing with my story, but the symptoms of a stroke, heart attack scared me, and kind of weakened me, to the place where i couldn't use both arms to write, and hell weak, so pretty much everything we have written and provided is by published sources, so anyways i'm proud to say my migraines have completely vanished, no migraines for the last week, after spending the last few days, focusing on changing my diet, and reducing my eating, and sleeping alot, after taking melatonin to reduce blood pressure, eating apples, chocolate i finally have strength back in my knees, and pretty much all the symptoms of a panic attack/heart attack/stroke is declining, see Be Prepared and don't become a Robot or end up with Heart Disease, Parkinson's or Multiple Sclerosis young, only thing left that i need to focus on is hopefully reducing my blood pressure due to the fact that my chest is still hurting, i'm guessing it's a problem either with the heart and colon, and or gut, so i will keep on doing what i've been doing, i will probably be reducing my time on writing, and website stuff till i get my strength back, but I just felt like it was time to update you all, and hopefully make a difference, to others, For those who are new here, we strongly suggest you checkout our introduction to monsters and powerful tv.
